Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of theagentintro.com, Find My Agent, the Match Profile, Second Opinion requests, and related introduction services provided by Aire Realty, LLC.

By using the site, or by selecting the required acceptance box and submitting a Match Profile, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Consumer Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

1. Operator

Agent Intro is operated by Aire Realty, LLC, doing business as Agent Intro, an Indiana licensed real estate brokerage, license number RC52500183.

References to Agent Intro, we, us, and our mean that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you submit information for another person or an entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Introduction service (Find My Agent)

Agent Intro reviews consumer information and may introduce a consumer to one participating real estate professional serving Kentuckiana / Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana.

We may:

ask follow-up questions,
decline a request, or
determine that no suitable participating professional is available.

We do not promise an introduction, availability, acceptance by any professional, or a transaction outcome.

The participating network is limited. It does not include every qualified professional in the market. You remain free to choose any real estate professional.

Selection order: competence and relevant experience first; working-style compatibility second. We do not sell preferred placement or a higher ranking in the introduction queue.

4. Limited Referral Services Agreement

Before we transmit your information to a cooperating brokerage, you must accept the Limited Referral Services Agreement presented during intake.

That agreement describes:

the limited referral service,
permission to disclose your Match Profile, and
possible referral compensation.

A separate written agreement between brokerages governs any broker-to-broker referral fee.

5. No agency from site use alone

Using the site, submitting a Match Profile, using Find My Agent, or receiving an introduction does not by itself create a brokerage-client, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

If you retain a professional, your rights and obligations are governed by a separate written agreement with that professional’s brokerage.

If a separate brokerage agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning licensed brokerage services, the separate brokerage agreement controls for those services.

6. Your information and existing agreements

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and to update material changes. You may not submit another person’s personal information without authorization.

For a Second Opinion, or any request made while you are working with another professional, you represent that requesting and receiving an introduction will not violate an exclusive brokerage, referral, or other agreement.

Agent Intro does not interpret your contract or advise you to breach it. We may request clarification or decline the request.

7. Compensation and affiliations

Agent Intro may introduce you to:

a professional affiliated with its operating brokerage, or
a professional at a partner brokerage.

The Consumer Disclosure explains possible referral and brokerage compensation.

You do not owe Agent Intro a separate introduction fee unless a separate written consumer agreement expressly says otherwise. The consumer introduction experience is intended to stay free for buyers and sellers.

8. Fair housing and lawful use

You may not use the service to request, facilitate, or promote unlawful discrimination, steering, harassment, fraud, or other illegal conduct.

We may reject or terminate any request that presents a fair housing, safety, licensing, privacy, or legal concern.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

scrape, harvest, copy, frame, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its security;
access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
impersonate another person, submit false information, or use automated means to create requests;
send spam, malware, abusive content, or content that violates another person’s rights;
use the service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that unreasonably burdens or damages the service.

10. Independent professionals and third parties

A professional at a partner brokerage is not our employee merely because we made the introduction. Each professional and brokerage is responsible for its own licensing, services, advice, communications, agreements, and conduct.

Third-party websites, tools, lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other providers have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or introduction is not a warranty or endorsement.

11. No professional advice

General site content and introductions are informational. They are not legal, tax, lending, appraisal, inspection, title, insurance, or investment advice. Obtain advice from qualified professionals for your circumstances.

12. Intellectual property

The site, Find My Agent and Match Profile design, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Aire Realty, LLC and are protected by applicable law.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the site for your personal real estate introduction request. No other right is granted.

13. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Service-related communications may be necessary to respond to a request. Any consent to receive automated text messages or optional marketing is presented separately and is not a condition of buying property, selling property, or receiving brokerage services.

You may withdraw marketing consent as described in the communication or Privacy Policy.

14. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the site or introduction service. We may restrict access to protect consumers, professionals, systems, or legal compliance.

We are not responsible for outages, transmission failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND INTRODUCTION SERVICE ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION, OR THAT ANY PROFESSIONAL WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT INTRO, Aire Realty, LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR INTRODUCTION SERVICE.

FOR CLAIMS ARISING ONLY FROM THE SITE OR INTRODUCTION SERVICE, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

These limits do not apply to:

fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct;
liability that cannot be limited by law; or
obligations arising from licensed brokerage services performed under a separate brokerage agreement.

Your remedies under that separate agreement and applicable real estate law are not reduced by this section.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Agent Intro and Aire Realty, LLC from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

your unlawful misuse of the service,
your material breach of these Terms, or
content or personal information you submit without authority.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

18. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access or a request if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a safety or legal risk, or misused the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute provisions — will survive.

19. Governing law and venue

Indiana law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any court action concerning these Terms or the introduction service must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Clark County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Each party consents to that venue.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to jury trial.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The revised Terms will show a new last-updated date. Material changes apply after posting or other notice and do not retroactively change an already accepted Limited Referral Services Agreement unless you agree or law permits.

21. General terms

These Terms, the Consumer Disclosure, the Privacy Policy, and any accepted Limited Referral Services Agreement are the entire agreement concerning the site and introduction service.

A separate brokerage agreement remains separate and controls licensed brokerage services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A waiver must be written and applies only to the stated instance.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
