This Privacy Policy explains how Aire Realty, LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through Agent Intro, theagentintro.com, Find My Agent, Match Profiles, Second Opinion requests, and related communications.

Who we are

Agent Intro is a service of Aire Realty, LLC, doing business as Agent Intro, an Indiana licensed real estate brokerage, license number RC52500183.

Introductions focus on buyers and sellers in Kentuckiana / Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana.

Information we collect

Information you provide

Contact information — name, email address, telephone number, and preferred contact method.
Match Profile information — whether you plan to buy, sell, or both; locations; timing; price or budget range; property type; sale readiness; priorities; working-style preferences; and whether you have an existing real estate professional.
Communications — questions, feedback, text messages, emails, call notes, and information you provide during follow-up.
Agreement and preference records — versions accepted, timestamps, signatures or checkbox records, consent choices, and opt-out requests.
Transaction and referral information supplied by you or participating professionals — introduction status, brokerage, closing status, and information needed for referral accounting and compliance.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting, security, and form systems may collect IP address, device and browser type, referring page, timestamps, error records, and similar technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We currently do not use third-party behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking on the consumer site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required choices before using the new technology.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from the professional or brokerage involved in an introduction, our communications and customer-management providers, public records, fraud-prevention providers, and service vendors. We use that information only for the purposes described here.

How we use information

Review a request, ask clarifying questions, identify a potential participating professional, and make an introduction.
Provide, administer, document, and improve the introduction service and consumer experience.
Communicate about an active request, appointment, introduction, status, or support issue.
Administer referral agreements, determine whether a transaction closed, invoice or account for compensation, and maintain brokerage records.
Protect consumers, participating professionals, our systems, and legal rights; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with law, licensing rules, and legal process.
Send optional marketing only when permitted, and honor unsubscribe, STOP, do-not-contact, and other preference requests.

How we disclose information

Selected professional and brokerage

At your direction and under the Limited Referral Services Agreement, we disclose the contact and Match Profile information reasonably needed for the one selected professional and brokerage to evaluate and respond to the introduction.

The selected brokerage may be affiliated with us or may be a partner brokerage.

We do not send a Match Profile to multiple professionals as a lead blast unless you separately direct us to do so.

Service providers

We disclose information to vendors that provide website hosting, forms, email, text messaging, telephone, customer relationship management, cloud storage, security, analytics limited to service operation, professional advice, accounting, and other business support. They may process information only for authorized services and subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations.

Legal and business disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

comply with law or legal process;
enforce agreements;
protect safety, rights, property, and systems;
investigate fraud or misuse; or
obtain professional advice.

We also may transfer information in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law and appropriate protection.

Referral compensation and no lead-list sales

We do not operate as a data broker or sell lists of Match Profiles.

We may disclose your information to the selected professional and brokerage to provide the introduction you requested. If the introduction results in a closed transaction through a partner brokerage, our operating brokerage may receive the referral compensation described in the Consumer Disclosure and referral agreement.

Depending on applicable privacy law, a disclosure connected to compensation can receive a special legal classification even when it is not an ordinary sale of a list. You may contact us to exercise any applicable right described below.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate forms, remember session choices, prevent fraud, balance traffic, and secure the site. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising.

Browser controls may block some technologies, but the site may not function correctly as a result. We will update this Policy and any required consent mechanism before materially expanding analytics or advertising uses.

Email, telephone, and text messages

We may use the contact information you provide to respond to your request and send service communications.

Where required, we obtain separate consent before sending automated or marketing text messages or marketing emails. Consent to marketing is not a condition of receiving an introduction, buying or selling property, or obtaining brokerage services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of texts from that sender, and use an unsubscribe link to stop marketing email. We may retain a suppression record so we can honor your choice.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including brokerage, referral, accounting, tax, legal, security, and dispute needs.

Retention schedule:

We may retain information longer when required by law, a litigation hold, a regulatory inquiry, fraud prevention, or an active dispute. We may de-identify information and retain it in a form that is not reasonably linkable to you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not submit highly sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or full payment-card numbers — through a Match Profile.

Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask us to:

confirm whether we process your personal information;
access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; or
opt out of targeted advertising, a sale of personal data, or certain profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or qualifying automated profiling.

Describe your request and identify the email address or telephone number used for the Match Profile. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity.

If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision with the word Appeal and explain your concern. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You also may contact the Indiana Attorney General or another applicable regulator.

Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 and do not knowingly process personal data from a person under 18 through a Match Profile. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact TheAgentIntro@gmail.com.

External sites

Links to a professional’s website, a partner brokerage, or another service are governed by that third party’s privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information directly to the third party.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy prospectively. We will post the revised Policy with a new last-updated date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes do not authorize a new use of previously collected information when consent or another legal basis is required.
