What you get
Agent Intro’s Find My Agent service helps buyers and sellers in Kentuckiana / Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana connect with a carefully selected real estate professional.
- You submit a Match Profile describing your plans, preferences, and preferred working style.
- A person reviews it and may ask a short clarifying question.
- If a suitable participating professional is available, we may make one introduction — not a blast of your details to many agents.
- The introduction is free for you. You are not required to hire anyone.
How we choose: competence and relevant experience first; working-style compatibility second. We do not sell preferred placement or higher ranking in the introduction queue.
This disclosure explains who operates the service, how the network works, and how Agent Intro may be compensated.

What the service is — and is not
Agent Intro is an introduction and referral service. It is not an IDX portal, MLS search tool, appraisal service, lender, law firm, tax adviser, home inspector, or a substitute for professional advice.
Limited participating network
Agent Intro does not evaluate every licensed real estate professional in Kentuckiana / Greater Louisville or Southern Indiana.
Introductions come from a limited network of agents and brokerages that:
- have agreed to participate,
- are available for the request, and
- meet Agent Intro’s current screening criteria.
A professional outside that network might also meet your needs. You may interview or retain any real estate professional you choose.
Ownership and affiliation
The selected professional may be:
- affiliated with the brokerage that operates Agent Intro, or
- working for an unaffiliated partner brokerage.
Agent Intro will identify the selected professional and brokerage when making the introduction. An introduction to an affiliated professional does not obligate you to retain that person or brokerage.
How Agent Intro may be compensated
Free for you. You do not pay Agent Intro a separate fee for an introduction.
Partner brokerage path
If an introduction to a partner brokerage results in a closed transaction, that partner brokerage may pay Aire Realty, LLC a referral fee under a separate written agreement between the brokerages.
- Anticipated fee: typically 10–30% of the cooperating broker’s commission (or the portion defined in the written broker-to-broker agreement), paid by the partner brokerage after a closed transaction
- The fee is paid from brokerage compensation. It is not an extra charge billed to you by Agent Intro.
Affiliated / operating-brokerage path
If the selected professional is affiliated with Aire Realty, LLC, the brokerage may receive compensation under a separate buyer representation, listing, or other brokerage agreement that you choose to sign. Compensation is negotiable and will be addressed in that separate agreement.
No pay-to-play
Agent Intro does not accept payment from a participating professional to buy preferred placement or a higher ranking for introductions. Subject to the limits of the participating network, we consider service area, transaction experience, availability, your needs, and working-style fit — competence first, compatibility second.
No brokerage relationship from a Match Profile alone
Submitting a Match Profile, using Find My Agent, receiving an introduction, or communicating with Agent Intro about a possible introduction does not by itself create a buyer agency, seller agency, fiduciary, or other brokerage-client relationship.
Licensed brokerage services are provided only under a separate agreement with the professional and brokerage you choose to retain.
Your choice — and one clear limit
You are not required to hire the introduced professional, use Aire Realty, LLC, complete a transaction, or pay Agent Intro for an introduction.
No guarantee: Agent Intro does not guarantee that an introduction will be available, or that an introduction will lead to a satisfactory working relationship with the professional, a property, a sale, financing, or a closing.
Existing representation and Second Opinion
If you already have an exclusive buyer, listing, referral, or other brokerage agreement, review that agreement before requesting or acting on a Second Opinion.
Agent Intro does not advise you to breach an existing agreement. We may decline or pause an introduction until your obligations are clarified.
Fair housing
Agent Intro supports equal professional service and fair housing. Introduction and selection decisions are not based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We will not accept requests to steer, exclude, or discriminate on a prohibited basis.
Trademark note
REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®. Agent Intro uses that term only when referring to an individual whose membership permits its use. No endorsement by the National Association of REALTORS® is stated or implied.
