Limited Referral Services Agreement

This Agreement is between the consumer identified in the Match Profile (“you”) and Aire Realty, LLC, doing business as Agent Intro (“Agent Intro”). It applies only to the introduction and referral service described below for buyers and sellers in Kentuckiana / Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana.
1. Limited service
You ask Agent Intro, through Find My Agent, to review your Match Profile and, if a suitable participating professional is available, introduce you to one real estate professional and that professional’s brokerage.
Agent Intro may ask questions, decline the request, or conclude that no suitable participating professional is available.
Selection order: competence and relevant experience first; working-style compatibility second. Preferred placement is not sold.
2. Participating network
You understand that Agent Intro selects from a limited participating network and does not evaluate every licensed professional in the market. A professional outside the network may also meet your needs.
You remain free to interview, retain, reject, or replace any professional, subject to any separate agreement you sign.
3. Authorization to use and disclose Match Profile information
You authorize Agent Intro to:
- use the Match Profile and related communications to evaluate fit; and
- disclose relevant contact, preference, timing, property, and transaction information to the one selected professional and brokerage for the introduction.
You also authorize Agent Intro and the selected brokerage to exchange status information reasonably needed to administer the referral, including whether contact occurred, whether you entered a brokerage relationship, and whether a transaction closed.
4. No agency under this Agreement
This Agreement does not appoint Agent Intro or the selected professional as your buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, or fiduciary.
Licensed brokerage services require a separate written agreement with the brokerage you choose. Agent Intro does not owe duties created by a brokerage-client relationship merely because you submitted a Match Profile or accepted this Agreement.
5. Compensation
Free for you. Agent Intro does not charge you a separate fee for this introduction.
If an introduction to a partner brokerage results in a closed transaction, that brokerage may pay Aire Realty, LLC a referral fee of typically 10–30% of the cooperating broker’s commission (or the portion defined in the written broker-to-broker agreement), paid by the partner brokerage after a closed transaction under a separate written broker-to-broker agreement.
If you choose an affiliated professional, the operating brokerage may be compensated under a separate brokerage agreement with you.
6. Existing agreements
You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to request the introduction.
If you have an existing exclusive brokerage, referral, or other agreement, you represent that this request and any resulting communication will not violate it. Agent Intro does not provide legal advice about that agreement and may pause or decline the request — including Second Opinion requests.
7. Fair housing and lawful requests
You agree not to request or use the service for discrimination, steering, or exclusion based on a characteristic protected by law. Agent Intro may decline an unlawful or inappropriate request.
8. No guarantee
Agent Intro does not guarantee that an introduction will be available, or the qualifications beyond verified licensing or stated screening, conduct, advice, performance, or results of a professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether to retain the professional and for reviewing any separate agreement before signing it. Agent Intro does not guarantee a satisfactory working relationship with the professional, a property, a sale, financing, or a closing.
9. Term and withdrawal
This Agreement begins when you affirmatively accept it and submit the Match Profile. It ends when the introduction is completed, declined, withdrawn, or closed in our records, except that permissions and obligations reasonably needed for referral accounting, compliance, record retention, disputes, and privacy choices survive.
You may withdraw an uncompleted request by contacting TheAgentIntro@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo a disclosure already made or affect a separate agreement.
10. Incorporated documents
The Agent Intro Consumer Disclosure, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy in effect when you accept this Agreement are incorporated by reference.
If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms concerning the referral service, this Agreement controls. A later brokerage agreement controls the licensed brokerage services it covers.
11. Electronic acceptance
By selecting the required acceptance box and submitting the Match Profile, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review this Agreement, the Consumer Disclosure, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy; you agree to the limited referral service and authorized disclosure described above; and you intend to sign electronically.
